Smol Theme

Use smol-theme instead of smiggle, which saves about 400-900kb of font. Seems like a good tradeof to me. However, for some reason everything burns and dies if I actually write who I am, so that is no longer possible to find out. Apparently this has nothing to do with this theme, as it appears Hugo had a breaking change. Idk.

I still suck at these.
